Pizza Butlers wherever possible uses organic ingredients and eco friendly products to make our lovely pizza's. Although we try, we cannot always guarantee that we can secure ingredients as we also need to use fresh ingredients so cannot always stock up in advance.  Where we fail to purchase ingredients we substitute with best quality we can.

For vegetarians and vegans we take care to ensure no meat makes a connection with your ingredients however it is possible that ingredients can fall, bounce or roll where they are not supposed to be.  Our vegetables are always located on higher shelves than meat so there is less risk of meat falling onto vegetables.  Please also be aware that we only have one woodfired oven in our kitchen which bakes all pizza's going through it, so your pizza base will touch the base of the oven. We make sure that our pizza bases are of a significant thickness so they don't leak onto the oven surface so there shouldn't any contact between meat pizzas and ones made with vegetables. Although we try hard it might be possible that in the heat of the moment something goes wrong. In all cases if we are aware of any leak or cross contact we will start again and make a new pizza for you.

Pizza Butlers does not supply gluten free pizza.  It is easy to make dough from gluten free flour but pizza's are made by baking them on the floor of a heated oven.  Therefore a speck of gluten from a ordinary flour pizza could connect with the next pizza.  A speck of gluten would cause problems for a gluten intolerant person.  Therefore we cannot make gluten free pizza.  We are sorry.  We have checked with Council health officials and we cannot do it.
